Meet Duggan! A handsome 4-year-old Aussie mix with a huge heart and a playful personality that really comes out once he feels safe and comfortable. Since coming into rescue, Duggan has learned that people can be kind and that having dog friends to play with is actually pretty awesome. He’s a sweet boy on leash and loves getting out for walks.
The rescue in Perris saved Duggan & his brother, (Thank you Saving Perris Strays) but sadly his brother had a reaction to anesthesia and passed away at the hospital. Poor Duggan never got to say goodbye.
Thankfully his foster mom has helped him blossom by giving him structure, patience, and plenty of furry buddies to play with. Thanks to her, Duggan has discovered how much he loves walks, making new dog friends, and showing off how far he’s come. Watching his confidence grow has been incredibly rewarding.
Duggan is looking for a forever home that will continue helping him feel secure, loved, and part of the family.
