Meet Oskar! He may be approx 1 year old but he’s been described as an “old soul”. He’s approx 14lbs and was found very matted and unkept roaming the streets of Long Beach before heading to the shelter. While he’s not the “weekend warrior” type, he’s a wake up, do his business, catch the morning newspaper over a bowl of cereal type dog.
